Can you remember this children's game from the 90s?

All I remember is: it had two characters, a boy with blue hair and a girl with red/pink hair. The characters could transform into different objects like a rocket. You played different games (like puzzles in the boys bedroom, mazes in the backyard, painting in the living room, mad libs in the bookshelf, and a game involving food in the fridge). Winning the games helped you collect stars of different colors which helped you to beat the finally game in which you used the star power to get through some sort of universe maze.
