Did Victoria's Secret bra's get smaller?

me and my friend just bought bra's from Victoria's Secret. And it seems that we both had to go up a size. This might be due to the fact that we are still growing, or maybe that Victoria's Secret might have downsized the bra's so the consumers would be happier with themselves going up a cup size.
