Friend told me to check out the band tool, help me.?

I've been looking for a new band to get into. My friend told me to check out Tool. So I got home, and I looked up tool. (I always knew who tool were, but I never checked them out. I knew they were prog, which is what I love the most.) So I youtube them and I click a song called schism, I found it a little boring. I looked up a bunch of other tool songs, and I still thought the same thing. So any tool fans out there? and if you are, can you recommend a certain song or album that I should check out by Tool? If this helps, Im a big prog fan. Dream Theater is my favorite band, and I absolutely love Symphony X and Meshuggah, Opeth and Rush. So any tool fans, what do you recomment I check out by tool?
