I'm having a weird l Discharge?

I went and got tested at the end of May and they told me that I had BV, so they gave me the medication to take for 7 days twice a day and I took it. They also gave me a pill for yeast infection, because I also had that. My symptoms cleared up and I wasn't having any problems since. I also started to take Ortho-Novum 7/7/7 birth control pills and as soon as I started the new pack I noticed redish-brown to dark brown discharge so I figured I was just spotting so I paid it no attention. Then about a week later I started to have an itch in my area and a milky white discharge so I figured I had a yeast infection due to the itching so I went and got a over the counter yeast infection medication and now it seems like I'm having a yellowish discharge and it's still itching and burning now. What do you think this could be? And please no stupid answers!
