I need help with halloween costumes!?

ok so im lookin for a dorothy costume but all the teen ones r way 2 short! im a size 12 or a 00 and i need 2 find a cute dorothy dress that doesnt go past my knees but also wont go up my ! this is an easy 10 points so plz help!
