Do guys find bright red hair, the same colour as the little mermaids a turn off?

My best girl mate, who is really pretty, size 8, ust to have long medium brown hair but now shes put bright red Highlights in it, its kinda heavy at th front so it looks like shes dyed it, i still think shs hot but she thinks its a turn off for guys, wat do u think? loll x
