I cant remember a Movies Title?

Please help, i watched a movie on TV about a Month back. A group of teenagers get duped into going to a house on the pretense of appearing on a reality TV show. Once they are there they have to take part in a lot of gory tasks. I remember in one task the guy had to use an anesthetic & remove an object from his own stomach & in another scene twins have to start & stop drills making there way closer & closer to their foreheads. The movie is very much in the style of the SAW movies, does anybody out there know the title?
