How do you deal with depression?

I've never been depressed before. I'm crying a lot. My electric got turned off last night. I went to call the phone company this morning but my phone got shut off. I had food donated to us, but it parished with no electricity. I can't pay my property tax due in 9 days. I tried to go for a walk but I can't move anymore. I've tried garage sales, looking for work, renting a room, turned down for a home loan modification. I can't afford to get a hair cut and I don't qualify for food stamps. I've borrowed money (which I have never done before) to pay for bills. I downsized and sold my fairly new car that had a payment, and then my only car left just broke. No one wants to hang around me because they act like poverty is a disease. I'm lost.
