Donation Question Help Please!(this is really important)?

So if i create a site to help raise money for me and my sister to go to a good school i actually live in a great neighborhood but our school is so ruff my mom doesn't make enough income for us to go to private schools but what if i can raise money for me and my sister to go by making a website and asking people to donate.will that be illegal our school is so bad my sister wanted to commit suicide because of the harment.And i always dreamed of go to a good catholic private school learning about holyness and teaching us education at the same time ive tried to make money but i only have $72 so far im hoping to go there by this year and the cost is $7,345 for 2 siblings.
