Im on prednisone and was wondering if i could take a Excedrin migraine for my headache?

im taking 20mg of predisone and i keep getting migranes like usual but i was wondering if i could i take Excedrin extra strenght ,my doctor said to avoid exedirin pm cause i have allergies and i am using nasonex but is taking predisone,Excedrin,and Excedrin extra strength bad?
