Keylogger Hacker Question ( Computer security experts please )?

I have been playing a game called habbo hotel for a couple of years now and recently I went on there and an old mate of mine said to me " heyy alex you need a program to mask ur IP and to block your open ports this will stop people from hacking you ", and because I believed this to be true at the time, I went on the link he sent me and I downloaded the " exe. files " but it did say please continue this is a warning but he said that's fine " bit.ly ", he said he used " bit.ly " to shorten the link, but, my main problem is, he then took my paypal, my facebook, my habbo furniture, and my msns and my skype, I managed to recover all these apart from my habbo account which I should receive back soon.. fingers crossed!, I changed all the pwords on a seperate PC to the one that was infected and is still infected, I am running a scan on " spybot search and destroy " avast " symantec end point protection bussiness version " and avast managed to find nothing, symantec managed to find some cookies which it deleted and I am still waiting on the others, but.. I do know the guy who hacked me, and he is 11 years old, and he also plays Habbo Hotel, and he said to me, " I will dissconnect ur internet just for fun ".. I am scared that he can actually do this and I am unsure how he could do this? - my friend who used to be a hacker himself, helped me with recovering my accounts, and now I have changed all the pwords.. but my main worry is that my computer is still infected but none of my programs are finding it, my mate told me to take it to a computer repair shop and they will do it thoroughly better than my antivirus programs can and will, if anyone here has experience in hacking, or experience with keyloggers please help me and please make it very straight forward what I should do next, thanks! also please leave in your source who you are and what you do for a living if you are part of an IT orginisation, please guys, please help!
