Tell me about the best hot dog you ever had, and what was on it!?

We are City Hot Dogs in Charlotte NC www.cityhotdogs.com and looking for "the one", that wonderful hot dog, with the perfect combination of toppings that could be our signature hot dog. What are your ideas? for toppings etc, and where did you find your wonderful hot dog? Thanks Doug
