Tips for cleaning and restoring dirty/mildewy dolls?

My dolls were stored in the basement and have gotten mildew on their clothes and bodies. I've stripped the dolls and have been trying to save the clothes as much as i can but have no idea what to do with their bodies. Help would be very much appreciated.
