Where can I buy one of those Vietnamese cone-esque hats?

What is that type of hat called anyways? I want one because I think it would be very good to wear gardening, my neck, ears, and face tend to burn in the hot Louisiana sun. It might be kind of a cool fashion statement anyway. I'd like to find a website that sells these.
