Will my female cat kill my male kitten?

I would let them go for it, unless you see them drawing blood. They're probably trying to figure out who will be more dominant. It sounds like for the most part they are getting along well, and only have their "moments". Its just the way animals interact. Keep an eye on them, but let them figure this out for themselves.
